KEVIN L. MORRISSEY
Kevin Morrissey brings two decades of public relations, media, marketing communications and public affairs experience to The Scofield Company He has promoted programs focused on health care access, food safety, human rights, and animal welfare. Kevin most recently served as Assistant VP for PAWS Chicago (Pets Are Worth Saving). Kevin began his career with a New York-based national health association, where he rose to direct all communications functions during a period of leadership and mission turnaround. Kevin has also managed Congressional and federal regulatory agency relations for the National League for Nursing and the Food Animal Concerns Trust. He also has extensive development experience, working on individual and institutional fundraising for groups including Equality Illinois. Kevin has written award-nominated cookbooks and has ghostwritten celebrity books for Doubleday, Viking, and Knopf. He orchestrated numerous media book tours, as well as produced and co-hosted “Stirring It Up with Barry & Kevin” on the NPR-affiliated radio station of the University of Illinois. He is a graduate of Northwestern University.
